Heartwood can be a light off creamy-white to medium creamy-brown colour with the sapwood being nearly white to an off white-cream colour. Can exhibit beautiful figuring within the grain (Curly & Quilted) but this is very hard to select for within rough sawn square edged boards. Machines, turns and finishes well with a tendency to burn on higher speed cutters. Can be used for many internal products from dance/sports floors, joinery and cabinetry.
